Logitech's new cloud-based portable console 'Logitech G Cloud' was finally released.
Logitech unveiled its new console device 'Logitech G Cloud' on its official website and YouTube on the 21st. The device was produced in collaboration with Tencent with a portable console such as Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck. Unlike the previous devices, it is a cloud-based console where you can enjoy the game through NVIDIA GeForce Now, Xbox Game Pass, and Steam Link.
According to the published specifications, the overall size is smaller than the steam deck and weighs 463g, which is very lighter, but is slightly larger and heavier than the switch OLED. It has a 7-inch screen with a 60Hz frequency and a multitouch screen, a 6-axis sensor, a haptic feedback, and a controller with a surrounding light sensor. The operating system is Android 11 and has a battery for up to 12 hours. The default capacity is 64 GB and provides a micro SD expansion slot. Although it is a cloud-based game machine, it does not have a system that connects to the network besides Wi-Fi.
The release date is October 18 in North America and the price is $350. You can buy it for $300, which is a $50 discount when you make a reservation. The official launch of Korea has not been disclosed yet.
