Around two weeks before the official release, the role-playing hope of New World is fighting back to the Steam charts and lands directly in the first place. But why is the new MMO just so popular? We have a guess.
New World: Amazon's huge MMO is the new Steam king
A few days ago, the bus simulator 21 was at the top of the Steam charts, now it has been comfortable there for Amazon's new MMO New World (Source: Steam). Although the online RPG appears on September 28, 2021 , but already seems to have made a nerve with the Steam players.
In New World it takes you to the coast of the island of Aerneum, which is invited to explore, but is full of dangers. The Open-World MMO relies on a real-time combat system and sets special emphasis on the PVP component and its pronounced crafting system. Why is the Open World MMO just a top seller?
New World also dived in the past and again in the Steam charts on - mostly during the official beta phases. This should also have contributed this time again that New World is the current Steam Topseller.
Between the 9th and 12th September 2021, all curious players were able to take a look into the game for free, During this period, the Open Beta Phase ran. Apparently many players have liked what they have seen, so they decided to make the game short-handed.
New World appears on September 28 exclusively for the PCUnd can be pre-ordered for 39.99 euros . A console implementation for PS5, Xbox Series X | S and Nintendo Switch is currently not planned.
