Tom Cruise fans and top gun still have to wait a little longer for the extension for the MS Flight Simulator.
The Top Gun: Maverick extension for the Microsoft Flight Simulator will no longer appear this year. Originally, the publication of the extension should be done at the same time as the theatrical release in November, but the relevant film studio Paramount Pictures has moved the movie again. Now TOP GUN: Maverick with Tom Cruise in the lead role in May 2022 started in cinemas. As a reason, the studio leads the planning uncertainty during the ongoing Corona pandemic. Therefore, Microsoft and Asobo Studio have also determined to shift the extension, as it will continue to be recorded on the plan to publish them at the same time with the cinema film.
Which content will offer the extension is not yet known. However, Microsoft promises an experience in which players can enjoy what it means to be a navy elite pilot. In addition, the trailer published in June shows different scenes on an aircraft carrier and impressions of the Flying F / A-18 Super Hornet. Maybe even has landed on such a floating colossus?
